The above is a book I wrote a year ago. It has created a life of its own as it makes its journey out into the world. It has been a journey of becoming and unravelling for me as I was driven by a voice which was an extension of my own.........it both informs and has been birthed out of the work that i do; and will continue to evolve with me....this is the 'blurb' that appears on the back.....

''This book is for those who already know the old maps no longer work.

Living as the Field speaks to a new way of being human - one that does not rely on effort, fixing, or endless self-analysis. Instead, it points toward a living, responsive field of intelligence that can be sensed, trusted, and lived from directly.

Through experiential reflections and practices, the reader is invited to step out of conditioned patterns and into a more immediate relationship with life itself. This is not a philosophy, belief system, or method. It is a remembering - of how choice, presence, and intelligence move when we stop trying to control the outcome.

If you feel yourself standing at the edge of something new - personally, relationally, or collectively - this book offers a way to live from that edge with clarity, steadiness, and grace.''
